Tradition lives on at Casa Dominick’s across from Michigan Law Quad

ANN ARBOR, MI – A third-generation Ann Arbor institution just steps away from University of Michigan campus landmarks is welcoming students back this week for another year. Current owner Rich DeVarti remembers helping at his father Dominick’s restaurant as early as fourth grade. His son, named after his grandfather, works alongside him now behind Casa Dominick’s two-window service counter, where guests wait in line to order half-gallon jars of house-made sangria, pizzas or Italian-inspired sandwiches and salads from chalkboard menus.
