NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The North Charleston Police Department says a crash between a car and a cement truck has claimed the lives of two people. Department spokesman Harve Jacobs said officers responded to the area of Ashley Phosphate Road and Peppermill Parkway around 3:30 a.m. Saturday regarding the crash.
