Border patrol agent allegedly told women to expose themselves to enter country

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WKRC) – A border patrol agent was arrested for allegedly lying to women about needing to see their exposed breasts as part of a virtual admissions process. 53-year-old Shane Millan allegedly told four women to expose their breasts while recording with their webcam, claiming it was a necessary search procedure as part of the virtual admission procedure he was overseeing.
