Berthoud Woman Facing Multiple Counts Following Pursuit, Release From Hospital

A Berthoud woman is facing multiple charges following her release from the hospital over the weekend, after she was shot by deputies in Larimer County. 54 year old Emily Louise Minugh was approached for a traffic violation near the intersection of Colo. 402 and Interstate 25, but refused to stop and lead police on a pursuit that reached speeds over 100 MPH.
