LANSING – A Redford man is facing a felony charge in connection with the theft of funds from his grandfather. Darius Nance, 33, was arraigned Aug. 22 before Magistrate Andra Richardson in the 48th District Court in Bloomfield Hills on one count of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said in a press release.
