OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics arrested a second person in connection with an investigation into human trafficking of a juvenile. A news release states that 43-year-old Antwon Jackson and year-0ld Sarah Holland conspired to traffic a juvenile victim and arranged for her to meet with people from online sex websites.
