ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Two men were arraigned on Monday for the murder of an Anchorage woman in 2021. Neville Xavier Herndon, 42, and Claymonte Ramon Otero, 24, were charged with one count of first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder and three counts of third-degree assault for the killing of 28-year-old Alexandra Briseno, which happened during the early morning hours on Nov. 26, 2021 in a Spenard neighborhood.
