ANN ARBOR, MI – The idea of allowing more commercial businesses in residential areas in Ann Arbor is gaining traction as city officials want more mixed-use neighborhoods. That could eventually mean rezoning areas to allow more businesses like the Washtenaw Dairy in the Old West Side and the Big City Small World Bakery in Water Hill.
