Denton, TX – August 23, 2024 – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is set to begin significant road closures in downtown Denton starting Monday, August 26, as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements. The closures will affect both N. Locust and N. Elm Streets between W. Hickory and W. McKinney Streets, with construction expected to last until September 30.
