Family members are mourning the death of a Birmingham man who died 32 years after he was shot as a teen, but said they are thankful he is finally at peace,. Erving Gray, 49, was shot multiple times in September 1992. One of those shots was a wound to head, and it was an injury from which he never recovered before his ultimate death on Aug. 6, 2024.
