WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – 9:45 a.m. update: Police said a 39-year-old was arrested for child abuse after he refused to exit a house in the 11000 block of West Jennie Circle. On Monday night, police were dispatched to a local hospital after a report of child abuse against a 13-year-old boy. The suspect was the child’s father.
