TLC Cancels Performance in Connecticut

Connecticut, it’s beeen announced that the female duo TLC had to cancel two shows after TLC founder Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins suffered a ‘severe medical emergency’ on Thursday. Rozanda ”Chili” Thomas made an announced on Friday, August 23, 2024, just hours before the all-girl musical group was scheduled to perform at the New York State Fair of the medical emergency.

The announcement was made because Tionne Watkins fell ill following a show in Ohio last week. Because of the diagnosis, which is a severe abdominal blockage, they had to cancel both the Syracuse, New York and the Foxwoods Resort Casino show in Ledyard, Connecticut. ”T-Boz” remains in the hospital for medical care and she is expected to be released today.

”In an Instagram post shared over the weekend, T-Boz wrote, “I’m on The Mend!!! This Was Just One Of Those Unexpected Things That I Had No Control Over! I Look Forward To Making It Up 2 You All… And Hopefully I’ll Get Out Of The Hospital Soon!!! As Soon As Tomorrow If All Goes Well!!! Thank You For Understanding… Blessings Always T [heart emoji],” reported by the Uproxx website.
