Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft once again refuses to act upon an executive order that would ban the sale of certain cannabis products. It was earlier this month when Governor Mike Parson issued an executive order to ban the sale of foods containing Delta-8 and Delta-10 products. Those are products made from hemp that contain THC, but are not marijuana itself. Parson claims the products are packaged in ways to appeal to children.
