CLEVELAND, Ohio — The U.S. Department of Justice told a federal appeals court Monday that ex-Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder accepted millions of dollars in bribes from FirstEnergy Corp. and deserves every day of his 20-year prison sentence. But the prosecutors didn’t mention the executives who paid the bribes.
