According to an arrest report, the trooper attempted a traffic stop, but Munoz Banuelos fled.

The dashcam video shows other drivers working around the suspect before the trooper initiated a PIT maneuver, intercepting the driver in the southbound lanes.

When Munoz Banuelos was pulled out of the vehicle, she told officials the reason she was driving on the side of the road was because she was “just following her GPS.”

Munoz Banuelos had bloodshot, watery, and glassy eyes with an odor of alcohol, and performed “poorly” during her sobriety tests, according to the report.
