YPSILANTI, MI – Ypsilanti City Attorney John Barr is stepping down at the end of this year, officials announced at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. Barr – owner of the firm Barr, Anhut & Associates PC – has been the city’s attorney since 1981, according to City Manager Andrew Hellenga.
