PLANO, Texas – A 69-year-old man was found dead in a Plano backyard Tuesday evening, and a 39-year-old man faces a murder charge in the case, police said. Patrick King, of Elburn, Ill., was identified as the man who died, according to a police news release. Andrew James Swetland, of Los Angeles, was arrested in the death, police said.
