SEDGWICK COUNTY-Law enforcement authorities are investigating the father of a Kansas teen for alleged child abuse. On Monday evening, police were dispatched to a local hospital in response to a child abuse report involving a 13-year-old boy, according to Wichita Police Officer Kris Gupilan. The investigation revealed that the suspect involved was the boy’s 39-year-old father Dallas L. Ellis, according to the Sedgwick County daily booking report.
