Requiring over 10,000 cubic yards of concrete and 1,500 tons of reinforcing steel, the pour is confirmed to break all prior records set by the prolific development firms, for what is set to be the legendary french crystal brand’s only stand-alone residential tower, managed by hospitality titan SH Hotels & Resorts. The highly anticipated luxury tower is over 95% sold ahead over its 2028 completion.
