At a recent news conference at police headquarters, Anchorage authorities identified Officer Ryan Kelley as the officer involved in last week’s shooting on North Post Road. Kelley, who has been with the force since 2018, fired his weapon and injured a man who allegedly refused to drop his weapon and fired at officers.
