NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – It’s a big to do at the zoo. On Wednesday, the Virginia Zoo and Norfolk city leaders broke ground on its new Macon and Joan Brock EdVenture & Exploration Campus, just east of the zoo’s fountain plaza. It’s an update to a story WAVY first brought you back in April.
