TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A Kansas woman has picked up a national honor that allows her to represent women who are “wheelchair mobile” in the United States, officials said. Tamara Blackwell, of Bel Aire, who was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Kansas in March 2024, recently was selected as Ms. Wheelchair America.
