SPOKANE, Wash. – Pig Out in the Park kicks off Wednesday and runs every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. through Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 2. This year’s event features 65 food booths, 275 menu items, 45 public market booths, 150 free concerts on five stages, and five adult beverage gardens.
