A fifth person has been charged in last week’s deadly shooting at a Birmingham apartment complex that was captured live in Facebook videos. A 17-year-old male was taken into custody Wednesday in connection with the slaying of a 21-year- old Asia Alyce Poole. He is the fifth charged in the case, but the fourth to be charged with murder.
