BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – People who live in the area of Monarch Ridge apartments, where a deadly shootout took place last week, are concerned about how their vehicles will be repaired. Many of them have broken windows, flattened tires, and several bullet holes in their vehicles due to the shooting where police counted 168 shots fired.
