WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – It’s an effort to ensure that no veteran dies without being noticed. At the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, in Wichita, a special “Final Mile” ceremony happened on Wednesday to honor a man who served his country and died with no next of kin.
