LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A California man was sentenced in federal court to over five years in prison for a series of Walmart thefts. Jabaree Mabrey, 27, was sentenced Thursday for fraudulent use of unauthorized access device. There is no parole in the federal system. After Mabrey’s release, he will begin a three-year term of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $690,484 in restitution.
