COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – A man who eluded police for over two months before being captured by a federal fugitive task force now faces charges in five cases. Quinntel Bagley escaped Grove City police’s custody at the Fairfield Medical Center after his arrest for allegedly kidnapping his ex-girlfriend on June 13.
