ATLANTA – A man was injured after being shot near Spelman College’s campus on Thursday night, Atlanta Police said. Officers responded to Spelman Lane SW, which is a street that runs behind Spelman’s campus near buildings such as Laura Spelman Hall, Morehouse-James Hall and several other academic buildings. APD said the shooting happened on McDaniel Street.
