MOBILE, Ala. (Gulf Coast CW) – Live music and fireworks are the theme for Labor Day celebrations in your 5 Things to Do This Weekend for August 30-September 1, 2024!. 1- Labor Day Weekend is nearly here and OWA will have a jam-packed weekend with festivities! It all begins Friday and runs through Sunday. Friday there will be free kids activities and a “dive-in” movie at Big Water Bay. Then Saturday, returning for its sixth year, the OWA Labor Day Car Show will be on full display. Lawn games and a free live outdoor concert will take place afterwards. Kicking off Saturday night will be a fireworks show starting at 8:50! Sunday there will be more live music starting with Duhe and Daboys at 4:30pm with the Tobacco Rd Band closing out the night at 6:00! For more details on this fun-filled weekend, click here!
