HORRY COUNTY, SC (WPDE) – Overcrowding and delays on school buses are issues concerning many parents throughout the Horry County School District. Several parents have taken to social media recently and said there are so many kids on the bus that are either sitting on the floor or have to stand because there’s nowhere for them to sit.
