Photos: Grease fire in Virginia Beach leaves 4 displaced

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Four adults were displaced after a grease kitchen fire in Virginia Beach on Thursday.

Crews were dispatched around 7:30 p.m. to the 3900 block of Lantana Place. When units arrived, they found an end-unit townhouse with heavy smoke coming out of the front. The fire was put out around 7:45 p.m.

Four adults evacuated the home. There were no pets or injuries.

The cause was deemed and accidental grease fire in the kitchen.
