CORTLANDVILLE, NY (CortacaToday) – A traffic stop leads to drug charges in Cortland County. State Police pulled a vehicle over around 9 p.m. Sunday on I-81 in Cortlandville for not having its taillights on. Troopers say the two men inside, 25-year-old Kenneth Williams and 22-year-old Kyrell Robinson of Syracuse, provided conflicting information that prompted a search.
