WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — A 19-year-old Ypsilanti man was injured Thursday when a man to whom he had given a ride assaulted him and stole his car, police said. The teen was approached around 3:30 p.m., Aug. 29, by a 31-year-old Ypsilanti man he knew, who demanded a ride to a home in the 2400 block of Twin Lakes Drive in Pittsfield Township, Pittsfield Township police said.
