A Boston man claimed a $100,000 lottery prize on Tuesday – just two weeks before it was going to expire. Noel Vasquez came forward with his winning $100,000 ticket on Aug. 27. He’d won the prize during a “Mass Cash” drawing on Sept. 12, 2023 after buying a ticket from a Sunoco in Brookline.
