Local firefighters rescued a worker who fell off a ladder at a construction site in southwest Ocala earlier this week. According to Marion County Fire Rescue, several MCFR units were dispatched to the 9000 block of SW 80th Street Road in Ocala shortly after 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, August 27, in reference to an adult male construction worker who had sustained an injury.
