BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) – The City of Birmingham is attempting to tackle crime by going after the places that may draw criminals in. The most recent court filing reveals the city is seeking action against the business at 800 3rd Avenue West to declare it a public nuisance. It was filed Thursday evening.
