ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) – Deputies made an arrest Friday morning in an October 2023 homicide that happened along the 600 block of Back Swamp Road outside of Lumberton. Gatlin Ray Hardin, 29, of St. Pauls is charged with first-degree murder, felony conspiracy and discharging a weapon within an enclosure to incite fear.
