CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) – A Charleston man was arrested on Thursday after the SC ICAC received a tip about the sexual exploitation of a minor. The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Robert Rattazzi, 73, of Charleston, on Aug. 29, after a search warrant was conducted on his residence.
