MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Some seasonal rules within Myrtle Beach city limits are set to change after Labor Day. Starting Sept. 3, the city says dogs and bicycles are allowed on the beach at any hour – but dogs must be on a leash. Pet owners are also responsible for picking up after their pets and disposing of droppings.
