ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ will head to Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (WOOD) — Week 2 just got bigger for the Wolverines.

ESPN’s “College GameDay,” a pregame show that travels to a different college campus each week, is coming to Ann Arbor for Michigan’s Sept. 7 game against No. 4 Texas, the network announced Saturday.

It will be the Wolverines’ 15th time hosting the show, which is the third most. Overall, it’s their 40th appearance. Ohio State leads with 59 total appearances and 23 times hosting.

FOX is also hosting “Big Noon Kickoff” in Ann Arbor, with a special three-hour show. Both shows will start at 9 a.m. and end at noon for kickoff.
