As the community flocks to the water to beat the heat, the Lebanon Fire District is also emphasizing safety with a new initiative: free life jacket kiosks. These kiosks are strategically placed at three popular locations—both boat ramps in Waterloo County Park and the boat ramp at Gill’s Landing RV Park. The life jackets, available in sizes from infant to adult large, are provided for one-day use to ensure everyone can enjoy the water safely.
