Bakersfield Police officers arrested a man Friday on suspicion of an Aug. 25 murder, the Bakersfield Police Department said Saturday. An arrest warrant was issued for Rodrigo Lara, 31, who was taken into custody and booked into Lerdo Jail, BPD said.
