BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – On Sunday, September 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bakersfield Racquet Club, a group of six disabled veterans are taking part in scuba diving in the last pool training by Aqua-Nut Divers instructors as part of Veterans Empowered through Scuba (V.E.T.S) Program.
