Gilbert officials hope to open a renovated Water Tower Plaza by the end of the year. During a joint meeting last month organized by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce with the town Office of Economic Development, the Redevelopment Commission and the Parks and Recreation Department team, officials shared an update on the project and took attendees on a behind-the-scenes site tour of the site.
