A harrowing incident occurred in Miami when a 26-year-old man, identified as Noel Castro, was arrested after allegedly kidnapping three children during a car theft. According to Miami Police spokeswoman Officer Kiara Delva, the children, aged 1, 10, and 12, were asleep inside their mother’s 2021 silver Nissan Versa, which was parked along the side of a street near the Little Havana neighborhood when the vehicle was stolen, as reported by Local 10 News.
