Geddes, N.Y. — A few New York State Fair parking lots are beginning to hit capacity and traffic heading west toward the fairgrounds is slowing down Sunday afternoon. The Brown, Pink, and Gray Lots are reaching capacity, according to New York State Fair parking alert. The Orange Lot and Willis Lot are still open.
