Syracuse, N.Y. — Mary Nelson is hosting a second back-to-school giveaway this afternoon outside her home on Syracuse’s South Side. The event starts at 3 p.m. at 130 Wood Ave. This morning, friends and board members from her youth center were setting up tables full of clothes, backpacks and school supplies.
