In a thrilling HBCU showdown at the Orange Blossom Classic, North Carolina Central emerged victorious over Alabama State with a 31-24 win at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. This highly anticipated HBCU clash featured standout performances and intense moments that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

N.C. Central set the tone early, with J’Mari Taylor rushing for a 1-yard touchdown to put the Eagles ahead. Taylor dominated the game with 128 rushing yards a nd two touchdowns, underscoring his critical role in N.C. Central’s offense. The Eagles’ defense also shone, with Kole Jones returning an interception for a 31-yard touchdown, extending their lead to 21-0.
