LAKEWOOD, Colo. – After more than a year of hosting dinners on an invite-only basis, Casa Bonita will open reservations to the public later this month. The restaurant, a Denver-area institution known for cliff divers, a cave and all-you-can-eat sopapillas, said on its website that reservations will be open to everyone starting at 3 p.m. on Sept. 16. Reservations will be accepted for dates starting on Oct. 1.
